“I met Ruben roughly 5 years ago. He was introducing himself to our South Corona neighborhood. Walking the streets and meeting residents and letting them know he was around if … they needed him. We had a pleasant conversation and I knew he was putting in extra work during the downtimes to let people know there is someone that can help.
